We’re proud to announce that we’ve recently been awarded two new contracts!
At Chobham Road in Woking, we’ve been appointed as a demolition and asbestos removal contractor. Our skilled team will be demolishing and removing the existing structural buildings and all associated elements, as well as disconnecting and capping existing services. Using our hazardous waste expertise we’ll safely manage the removal of asbestos and other contaminated materials, and remove all FF&E, MEP, and internal finishes from the existing buildings on the site. As part of the project, we will also protect or reinstate existing trees, signage, lamp posts and bollards, to get the site ready for its next phase of life as a new-build office development.
We’ve also been appointed principal demolition contractor for a project in Worthing Town Centre where we will demolish a handful of vacant buildings down to the concrete bases and remove the resulting material from the site. We’ll also be responsible for the safe removal of asbestos from the site. This is a challenging site due to its historic use as a gasworks, meaning that there are underground structures, voids, pipework and contamination to manage – but our expert team is up for the job!
