Any spillages of concrete should be cleared immediately to prevent difficulties once the concrete has set. It is the customers responsibility for all lay down areas and for cleaning up any spillages.

It is the customers responsibility to place or lay all concrete, the driver will discharge the concrete in a place as instructed over a maximum period of 30 minutes. Extra charges will apply for additional time required.

A skip needs to allow for a 11ft, or 3.3m, entrance and they can be up to 12ft long.  Most driveways are suitable for skips, but thought should be given to the quality of the surface as lorries can be heavy.  You may also have exposed drain covers, low branches or a restricted access. We encourage you to provide us with as much information as possible when ordering your skip so that we can brief the lorry driver before arrival.  We can arrange alternative arrangements in the form of our grab hire service if a traditional skip is not possible due to your location.  Please give us a call if you are unsure.
