  • Existing ground floor slab and car park area repaired. Boundary to the site secured on three sides with a 2.0 m high steel mesh fence as the boundary to the river side elevation is secured with the existing fencing.
  • Asbestos based materials removed and disposed of to suitably licensed waste disposal sites.
