For this project, R Collard were awarded the principal contractor role. The works consisted of the demolition of the existing nine storey, concrete framed Broadway car park in Maidenhead town centre. This also included retail units 39-51, which were adjoining to the car park.
The car park is based in Maidenhead, located in the Southeast region of Windsor and Maidenhead. The buildings were to be demolished and cleared from site prior to the commencement of the redevelopment phase.
