The works comprised of the demolition of all existing buildings down to slab level following the disconnection of existing services and the safe removal of any hazardous materials both asbestos and COSH, together with the design and erection of the necessary temporary works.

Summary of the Scope of Works:

Demolition of existing structures on site consist of a large steel portal framed warehouse comprising block and cladded elevations, full height glazed curtain walling and cladded roof with roof lights
Soft strip of the office area over two floors at the front (southern) elevation and office area to the rear (northern) elevation. Office areas comprised of plasterboard partition walling
Asbestos removal
Disconnection of existing services including water, drainage, electricity and gas
