A huge congratulations to two of our colleagues for both reaching a milestone 25 years of service with us.
Our 360 Machine Operator, George Hughes, and our Aggregate Yard Supervisor, David Bailey, started working with us back in 2000. Both George and David have seen Collard grow from strength to strength in their time with us, and their commitment, hard work, and loyalty are much appreciated every single year.
As a skilled 360 Machine Operator, George plays a key role in operating and maintaining our plant in a safe and responsible manner. And over in Nursling, David, or Bailey as he’s known, supervises our Aggregate Yard and played a pivotal role in the site’s recent expansion too.
We pride ourselves on being a family run business and a supportive place to work for all our colleagues. The fact that George and Bailey’s careers with Collard both span more than 25 years (and counting) is testament to this as one of our core values.
