We recently presented Colin Agnew with a Certificate of Recognition for his quick thinking and professionalism following a recent incident. One of our customers, Danny, badly injured his had whilst unloading his van and rushed over to Colin who promptly gave him first aid. He arranged for him to be taken to A&E and kept Danny’s van secure until it could be collected.
Danny wrote to us to say:
“Colin’s quite reaction, from dressing and compressing the wound so quickly, and with the exact dressing needed to keep it clean, saved me from losing a lot more blood than I already did. If it wasn’t for Colin on the weighbridge the injury and recovery time could have been so much worse.”
