R Collard has accumulated vast experience in a variety of land remediation projects involving asbestos in soils. In most cases, ACMs have been severely damaged during historic demolition practices and buried along with other demolition waste materials. Sometimes, contaminated ground has been introduced to sites via recycled aggregate and made ground backfill. Working closely with Collard Remediation teams, we develop tailored remediation strategies for each site based on the specific ACMs identified within the ground. Our approach includes conducting thorough investigative soil sampling before work commences and throughout the project as necessary.
