R Collard can design and install temporary works to secure and protect structures during and following demolition. Our experienced multi-disciplined management teams work closely with structural engineers and fabrication specialists to design, create and install temporary works solutions for any eventuality.

How we can help
We can manage the whole process from organising surveys and planning/designing models using 3D software to installation, maintenance and eventual deconstruction and removal. Temporary works solutions we provide include:
- Scaffolding to protect and enclose the buildings to be demolished as well as adjacent structures
- Back propping systems to maintain the stability of the structure during demolition
- Façade retention schemes to maintain listed and other structures to be retained following demolition
- Weatherproofing to adjacent elevations and other structures exposed by demolition
