Chartered professional Michael has over a decade of experience in inspiring and delivering positive safety cultures through the implementation of robust safety leadership. Michael is highly proficient in driving resilient risk management organisation of multiskilled and multinational workforces across the UK through an effective strategy of management systems and positive behavioural reinforcement, supported by stakeholder influence and training delivery.
His extensive experience in maintaining standards spans operational teams at site level to senior management and board members, meaning he is able to establish strong and effective working relationships across all levels of the business.
Having gained his skills and experience with some of the UK’s leading construction and civil engineering contractors, Michael is the ideal person to take on our latest senior appointment role, which will see him take our collaborative health and safety culture to the next level.
