We were pleased to donate a container to a local grassroots football team in Basingstoke; Berg Youth FC. The team are the oldest grassroots football team in Basingstoke (established 1956) and they play regular league games and cup tournaments with Under 8’s, Under 10’s and Under 13’s squads. Berg Youth FC have done so well lately that they have even been awarded a Charter Standard Club of the year 19/20 by the Football Association.
The football club is constantly on the look-out for new boys and girls to play, so if there are any parents out there that that think their 8 to 13 year old could be the next England Lion or Lioness, or might like to participate in a great team sport where everyone is welcome please contract

We are pleased to support Pinewood Boxing club who continue their winning ways with 11 boys going into the National School Boys Championship at Crawley, finishing with 8 winners and receiving ‘Club of the Year’ for the third year running. Well done to Les Stevens and all involved.
We were happy to help a local firm transform the garden of a local boy who has Muscular Dystrophy and mobility difficulties with the aim to give a little back to the family by reducing the cost of the project to a level where taking on a debt was not required.
We were also happy to help support the raffle for the
Charles Kingsley School’s
Summer Fair. Charles Kingsley is our local primary school in Eversley.
We are pleased to be sponsors of the
Fleet Lions Beer Festival
to be held at the Harlington Centre in Fleet on Saturday 3
rd
August. The Lions are the biggest ‘hands on’ voluntary organisation in Fleet with their prime objective to help out in the local community. They are part of a worldwide organisation with 1.5 million male and female members including nearly 1,000 clubs in the UK.
This is the thirteenth year that Fleet Lions have held their Beer Fest with the main charities each receiving £1,500 and the remaining funds will be distributed to local needs.
There will be over 44 different beers and ciders on sale at this charity event, an opportunity to meet a brewery and sample the gin bar too. All of this will be accompanied by live music and a hog roast.
