We’re thrilled to announce that our founder and CEO Rob Collard has been named Entrepreneur of the Year at the Hampshire Business Awards 2024!
These prestigious awards are hosted by The Business Magazine and Hampshire County Council, and celebrate the best in business in the region.
Rob was nominated alongside a series of impressive fellow entrepreneurs across Hampshire, but caught the judges’ eyes thanks to his exceptional leadership and vision that have grown Collard Group into the business it is today. His clear understanding of the market and industry we operate in was also noted, as was his ability to take calculated risks, his resilience, and how he has inspired and empowered our team.
The judges said: “Over a 30-year period, our winner has evolved from a sole trader to a diverse group of businesses with over 400 staff, all whilst maintaining an entrepreneurial and family-like feel across the group.
“They also provide incredible support to staff and clients alike across the Hampshire region.”
We had a fantastic evening at the awards ceremony, and we’re so proud of Rob for achieving this title in our milestone 30th anniversary year.
