Supporting future skills : two Collard apprentices pass EPAs

We’re proud to announce that two of our apprentices, Alfie and Kyle, recently passed their End Point Assessments (EPAs), demonstrating their competence in the knowledge, skills and behaviours learnt throughout their plant mechanic apprenticeships.

EPAs are independently assessed using a variety of methods and we’re delighted for Alfie, who achieved a Distinction, and Kyle, who achieved a Merit. They received fantastic feedback from their Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) Apprenticeship Development Coach, who said: “Both have worked hard throughout their apprenticeship, and these results reflect their commitment and the support they’ve received from your team.” Congratulations to Alfie and Kyle! At Collard Group, we’re passionate about training and development; nurturing talent and investing in the next generation of skilled individuals in our industry.  We’re determined to play our part in  his, underlined by our commitment to supporting 30 apprentices in our business  by 2030.
