We can’t reflect on 2023 without thinking about our incredible Collard team – all 425 of them!
Being part of Collard is being part of the family, so we invest in our people to give them security and help them achieve their goals.
In 2023 we supported our 11 apprentices on their development journeys, and celebrated numerous colleagues for their long service including John King (25 years) and Robert Girard (20 years).
25 of our managers are going through a bespoke management development training programme and we’ve welcomed 100 new colleagues to the business.
This year we also launched our Collard safety campaign ‘Pause to Think’ in English, Romanian and Polish to encourage our colleagues to consider the hazards and impacts of their actions in their everyday activities.
