Collard Environmental secured the waste management contract for the design and construction of new BREEAM Excellent targeted racecourse facilities. The Heartspace forms a critical development landmark of the overall masterplan of Newbury Racecourse.
The contractor were looking for a waste management company who could work with the site team in the associated challenging live environment as they ensured the racecourse remained fully operational throughout the duration of the project.
We are achieved a recycling rate of 95.57% on this contract.
