Collard were delighted to have successfully completed the £3m demolition and enabling works contract at the Project Sienna in Basingstoke.
The project involved the redevelopment of an existing plot situated in Basing View Business Park in Basingstoke. The development consisted of creating two levels on the existing sloping site to create two plots: one accessible from the Basing View North at the upper level and the other accessible from Basing View South at the lower level.
Further works which was not in our scope was to construct a new 5 storey office building with a retail unit at ground floor level at the lower level of the site and a new multi storey car park which will provide parking for the office and the future office building at the upper level.
