The project included the total demolition, soft strip and asbestos removal of a former 1980’s 4 storey office block down to slab level. A pharmaceutical and research facility was less than 10m adjacent to the eastern side of 230 Bath Road structure. Due the nature of the research, their scientific equipment was particularly sensitive to noise and vibration.
Constant communication between both management teams was imperative to ensure the safety of their staff and facility equipment was safe and maintained at all times.
